Always telephone us before bringing wildlife casualties to the Hospital so that we can give you advice on the best course of action for the welfare of the bird or animal. We do not have a vet on site at all times.

WE ARE VERY BUSY AT TIMES
To keep costs down we do not employ full time admin staff to answer phones or respond to email enquiries. At times we cannot respond as quickly as we would wish. Bear with us - we will get back to you when staff or volunteers are able to respond. We feel sure you will understand that our patients must come first and in busy seasons we are rushed off our feet.
VOLUNTEERING ENQUIRIES
If you are interested in volunteering then please send us an email. Unfortunately, due to bird flu restrictions we are limiting the number of volunteers and other personnel onsite therefore volunteer opportunities are limited at this time.
